From our premises in Wisbech, Foster Building Services Limited, provides renewable technologies in the form of Solar PV, Mechanical Ventilation and Heat Recovery (MVHR), Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) together with traditional mechanical & electrical services. We also offer general building works, cyclical planned works, and disabled adaptations/conversions. Our focus is to deliver a first-class service to our clients in local government, housing, and private sectors.
Formed in 2005, Foster Property Developments Limited. We specialise in land acquisition, commercial, industrial, and residential new build, and developments, with a view to bringing this through the planning process for resale or retention to build out. We also manage a portfolio of commercial and industrial buildings available for rent.
Ashlar Developments Limited was founded in 2018 and specialises in bespoke open market new build and barn conversions in East Anglia. The emphasis being on quality rather than quantity.
